If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you on a return or exchange. the merchandise must be returned in new condition and never used. if buying footwear try on before wearing outside.

Exchanges and Returns

Refunds or exchanges can be made only within 30 days of the original purchase date. there will be no refunds on ammunition and we will work with you on firearm returns, refund, or a store credit. please include your name, phone number, or email address so we can contact you.

Please return merchandise ups or united states postal service for traceable delivery.

Shipping Charges

New orders: we charge the exact shipping charges for the merchandise, and firearms.

Returns: if you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

We will not reimburse original shipping charges.

Exchanges: if you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

We do not remburse original shipping charges.

The replacement item will also be charged shipping cost.

Incorrect orders: if we sent you the wrong merchandise, we will reimbuse you for the cost of returning the package to us.

You will not be charged extra for shipping the new item out to you and we apologize for the inconvenience.

credits: a credit will be issued as soon as we receive your return. it may take up two billing periods for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
