Special Orders

Special Orders require a 20% deposit. Custom and left-handed items cannot be returned. Orders for these items may not be cancelled once we acquire your item. Special Order deposits are charged immediately. If a Special Order is cancelled, Northwoods Sports will refund all deposited funds minus a cancellation fee of 20% of the value of the item.

Some items require a deposit equal to the full value of the item. This is noted in the product description where it applies. Special Order items are non-returnable, but in many cases are covered by the manufacturers warranty.

All software is NOT RETURNABLE, but if it is defective, it will be covered by the manufacturer.

Custom and left-handed items are not returnable and these orders may not be cancelled. Optics cannot be returned for a refund.
