Shipping

We normally ship to you within 2-3 days unless an item is out of stock. Please call us for approximate shipment dates, but note that all times are estimates. Because some items are unique, hard to obtain, or one-of-a-kind, Northwoods Sports reserves the right to cancel your order should an item be unavailable.

We cannot guarantee that boxes and cases will arrive intact (report damaged goods to the carrier), but we do insure the contents against loss and damage.

We will not charge your credit card until your product ships except for special orders.

We ship UPS Ground and USPS. If you need a faster shipment, we can ship 2nd Day or Next Day at their respective rates. Alaska and Hawaii residents MUST ship 2nd day or faster. Free shipping, when available, only applies to the contiguous states.

We make every effort to ship your order as fast as possible. In some circumstances, especially during sales and after weekends, we may not ship your order as quickly as normal. Please be assured that we will ship your item as soon as we can.

Shipping prices may not be displayed during the checkout process, but will be included while processing your order and will not exceed our actual cost.
